This Handsome boy is Xander! He is approximately a 2-year 6 month old, 50lb, Black Mouth Cur mix, whom is the Sweetest Boy Ever!! Even though he has had a difficult past. Xander and his other siblings were kept outside from birth, alone in a backyard and were never socialized with people, so he is shy/skittish.    We have been working with him and he is really starting to bloom. You can just see the happiness in his eyes!! 

Once he trusts you, he is very tender and a total love. He does like to run and play with his foster family’s pups so we are looking for someone who might have another dog for him to play with and to help with his trust issues. A fenced house is required, and we are also looking for someone who is home often he does not like being far from his person.    

Patience is the key with him as he has had a dramatic start in life.  Xander needs to be a dog again and learn to trust again.  So, if you have the patience to help him through his issues, Xander would be a Loyal and Wonderful Companion!!!
